Kathy McGarrigle, 12U and 14U Head Coach, Assisting with the development of all
Lady Ducks teams/players.
Kathy brings over 18 years of playing experience and
seven trips to USAHockey Women’s National Championships. She has earned her
Advanced Coaching Certification and has been with the Lady Ducks since the
beginning in 2000. She has coached Lady Ducks teams to the Girls National
Championships 4 times ~ 3-in-a-row, 2005, 2006 and 2007 earning Bronze and Gold
medals in the last two years. Player development is her strongest asset. Kathy
has worked 18 years as a teacher in elementary, middle and High School. She
earned a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and wrote the Master's thesis "Female
Hockey in the United States: 1892-1999". |

Vicky Wei Wang, 10U Head Coach. 12U
and 14U Assistant Coach.
Vicky has been involved in the Lady Ducks program since 2002. She has coached
Lady Ducks teams the last three years at the Girls National Championships in
2005, 2006 and 2007 earning Bronze and Gold medals in the last two years. As a
world class defenseman, Vicky specializes in defensive play instruction and
"offensive defenseman" style development for the Lady Ducks. |

Andy Silva, 12U Assistant Coach
Andy is in his 4th year on the
bench with the Lady Ducks. He has been coaching club soccer and Hockey in
Southern California for almost 10 years. His emphasis on individual skill
development and TEAM concepts are a great asset to the Lady Ducks Program. Andy
takes his background as a multi-sport athlete and gives the girls a lot of
support and instruction at practices and games. |

Tracy Frazer, 8U Head Coach, 10U Assistant Coach
Tracy has been
with the Lady Ducks since 2003. Tracy has been coaching youth hockey for the
past 9 years and has used her playing experience at the USAHockey Women's
National level to encourage, teach and develop the young Lady Ducks players. She
is a positive bench coach who is very well liked by her players and she works
hard to keep the game fun for everyone. Tracy earned her Advanced Coaching
Certification in 2008.

Caroline Marchant, 8U and 10U Assistant Coach
This is Caroline's
second season working with the Lady Ducks youngest players. She focuses on
strong positional play and teaches basic skill development. With a priority on
FUN for the Lil Lady Ducklings, Caroline is a positive addition to the Lady
Ducks Coaching staff. |

Brittany Trani, 8U and 10U Assistant Coach
Brittany is in her
first year as an adult assistant coach for the Lady Ducks. Brittany brings 3
years experience in girls travel hockey with the Lady Ducks and California Wave
19U and will be taking a spot on the bench developing young Lady Duck talent.
Brittany enjoys spending time with her little sister (10U, Baylee) and giving
positive instructions to all the young developing Lady Ducks! Brittany hopes to
bring her years of girls' hockey experience and student coaching opportunities
to a full time instructional position with the club where she will focus on
fundamental skill development and positioning with the younger players. |

Taylor Volpe, 8U and 10U Student Coach
Taylor was the Captain and
standout on the Lady Ducks 14U Pacific District Runners-up last season. This is
Taylor's 3rd year as a developing coach in the Lady Ducks program. She enjoys
working with the young players and helping them develop their fundamental
skills. Taylor attended the USAHockey National Development camp for players 14
years old last summer and hopes to continue to progress her skills toward
college hockey opportunities. |

Nicole Laura-Silva, 10U and 12U Student Coach
Nicole is in her
3rd year as a student coach for the Lady Ducks. Nicole was a stand out
defenseman for the LDs 14U District Runners-up last season and works hard to
help the younger players with skills and encouragement. Nicole plays Varsity
soccer and softball as well in high school. She attended the USAHockey National
14s Development Camp last summer and hopes to continue to progress her skills
toward college opportunities in the future. |
